Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes! We bring our own eco-friendly products and equipment. If you have special preferences, just let us know—we're happy to accommodate.

What is your cancelation policy?

We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. If less than 24 hours' notice is given or if we are locked out upon arrival, a 50% fee may apply. You can cancel via email ([email protected]) or by texting 775-462-6686.

Do you clean vacation rentals or Airbnbs?

Absolutely! We specialize in Airbnb and vacation rental turnover cleaning. We offer linen resets, restocking, guest-ready deep cleans, and fast turnaround service.

Do you offer move-out or deep cleaning?

Yes! We handle move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleans, and detailed prep for showings or seasonal turnovers across all Tahoe-area cities.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, ACH bank transfers, and checks. If you prefer to pay another way, please contact us directly.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Vision Alchemy, LLC - House Cleaning Services Lake Tahoe is fully licensed and insured to operate in California and Nevada. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! Many of our clients provide entry instructions, lockbox codes, or door codes. We’ll treat your home with the highest level of care and respect.

Do you offer referral rewards?

Yes! Refer a friend or neighbor and you’ll both receive $25 off your next service. It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting our local business.
